3.1 The “Productivity-First” Return Philosophy
At OfficeDesk.store, we understand that a broken chair or a malfunctioning desk is a “Down-Time” event. Our policy is designed to minimize your operational friction while maintaining the highest standards of asset hygiene and mechanical safety in the Pakistani market.
3.2 Eligibility for Mechanical Exchange
- The “Zero-Wobble” Guarantee: If a desk or chair exhibits structural instability (wobbling or misalignment) upon professional assembly by our team, we offer a “Correction or Collection” guarantee within 48 hours.
- The “Gas-Lift” Warranty: All executive chairs come with a 12-month or 24-month warranty on the gas-lift cylinder (The Class-4 Piston). Failure due to manufacturing defects is covered under a “Next-Day Swap” policy in major cities (LHR, KHI, ISB).
3.3 The “Non-Returnable” Professional Assets
To protect the hygiene of our inventory, the following are ineligible for return once unboxed:
- Upholstered Items: Fabric or leather chairs that have been used in a corporate environment for more than 7 days.
- Custom-Cut Desks: Any workstation modified to fit specific electrical outlets or room dimensions.
- Small Stationaries: Consumables and organizational tools once the factory seal is breached.
3.4 Refund Velocity & B2B Credits
Refunds for individual orders are processed within 10–14 business days. For corporate accounts, we offer a “Service-Credit” system, allowing for the immediate reallocation of funds toward alternative office assets or technical maintenance packages.
